January Town Hall Meetings Each January we release policy changes, updates and new programs to our employees. At the January meeting, all employees will receive their 2020 Handbook and be taken page by page in a town hall style discussion. In this year’s handbook there are updates on Paid Time Off, Drug Free Workplace Program, Revised 401K and Profit Sharing Designs and more. Fleet Cameras After success Beta trials with GreenRoad and Lytx Camera systems we are getting down to the wire deciding on a vendor for our fleet video system. In an increasingly litigious society, protecting our company and our people from erroneous claims and fraudulent lawsuits and liability is more important than ever. Open Enrollment We have already begun discussing the 2020-2021 plan year with our agents and are looking forward to benefit renewal.
